Increase availability of high quality, affordable family planning and child health products

To address the need for reproductive, maternal, and child health products, and to facilitate Haitians’ ability to address related morbidities and mortalities, SHOPS Plus works to improve the availability of condoms and home water treatment products for the prevention of diarrhea. The project focuses its efforts on supporting local manufacturers and distributors to build a sustainable market for these products.

SHOPS Plus is also working to form partnerships with distributors and manufacturers of high-quality commercial oral contraceptives to support the widespread distribution of these products at competitive price points.
