Increasing the sustainability of local organizations

SHOPS Plus identified organizations that could viably transition to a social enterprise model. The team will provide technical assistance to enhance revenue generation to strengthen business planning, market assessment, marketing strategies, and financial management. The aim is for the organizations to be more efficient in their cost structure and to market new services to expand their customer base which can lead to additional sources of revenue.
