Tapping social media to increase uptake and improve quality of services

SHOPS Plus will support selected organizations to use data-driven strategies to expand their use of social media outlets to improve service delivery uptake. The project will identify user profiles for key and priority populations to inform best practices regarding using social media and mobile technology to improve outreach, testing yield, and retention in care to improve service quality and increase uptake of services.
