Webinar: Beyond the hype—the nuts and bolts of government contracting of civil society organizations

April 24, 2019

As development partner funding is reduced and funding priorities change, governments, civil society organizations, and other key stakeholders in the Caribbean face multiple challenges in financing and managing their HIV responses. SHOPS Plus and the Pan Caribbean Partnership against HIV and AIDS (PANCAP) provide ministries of health and civil society organizations with practical guidance on budgeting, contracting, pricing of social services, and data management. Speakers shared experiences and participants had an opportunity to ask questions in this interactive webinar.
