About Abdoulaye Diagne 

Dr. Abdoulaye Diagne is Service Delivery Specialist on the SHOPS Plus project in Senegal. He is a public health doctor with over 30 years of experience in the health system in Senegal where he served as head doctor/hospital director, chief district doctor, regional chief medical officer, and director of medical assistance at the Universal Health Coverage Agency. He has also worked as country representative and West Africa program manager for EngenderHealth, international technical assistant for Belgian Technical Cooperation, and senior technical advisor for Management Sciences for Health (MSH). Abdoulaye has extensive experience in family planning and reproductive health service delivery as well as health system assessments and strengthening.
