About Christina Kramer

Christina Kramer is the Regional Manager for the SHOPS Plus project overseeing the Tanzania program. She is a seasoned manager of USAID-funded programs with technical expertise in HIV/AIDS, family planning and reproductive health, maternal health, malaria, and integrated programs.  She has focused on the private sector for most of her career, coordinating complex activities in low-resource countries together with local implementers. She previously served as country director in Brazil for Pathfinder International, and has completed short term assignments in more than 20 countries. Kramer holds an MBA in health care management from Boston University.
