About Colm Fay

Colm Fay is the William Davidson Institute liaison for the SHOPS Plus project. He is the program management analyst for WDI’s Scaling Impact Initiative. He is responsible for managing research projects focused on Base of the Pyramid enterprise scaling and partnership ecosystem development. Fay has over nine years of experience in project management in the financial services and international development sectors.  He holds an MBA and an MS in natural resources from the University of Michigan.
