James Bagoka is the Finance and Administration Manager on the SHOPS Plus project in Tanzania. He has 10 years of experience working in local NGOs and international organizations. He previously worked as an accountant, managing multiple donor funds to ensure finances were utilized according to agreed-upon contracts. James holds an advanced diploma in accountancy from the College of Business Education and an MBA with a focus on corporate management from the University of Mzumbe in Dar es Salaam.
