About Jeffrey Barnes

Jeffrey Barnes is the Chief of Party for the SHOPS Plus project in Nepal. He has 20 years of experience working in the management of health projects for HIV prevention, family planning, and maternal and child health. His experience and skills include behavior change communication, social marketing, institutional development, training, and performance metrics. Barnes has a BA in English from Oberlin College and an MBA from the University of Arizona.
