Julie Collins is a Senior Operational Program Officer on the SHOPS Plus project. She is an international development professional with eight years of experience in WASH and contracts management. Her background includes budget and deliverable management, financial analysis, and project coordination. She has experience managing grants and contracts from governments, philanthropies, and the private sector to support water, sanitation, and health projects. Collins holds an MA in international development and economics from the Johns Hopkins University School for Advanced International Studies and a BA in international relations from the College of William and Mary.
