Karishmah Bhuwanee is the Regional Manager for India on the SHOPS Plus project. Bhuwanee is an economist with 12 years of experience in public financial management and resource tracking in low- and middle-income countries. She has a master's degree in international development management from the London School of Economics and a bachelor's degree from the University of Oxford.
