About Kylie Graff

Kylie Graff is a Regional Manager on the SHOPS Plus project overseeing the Dominican Republic, Nepal, and Caribbean programs. She is an international development professional with 11 years of experience in the design, implementation, and management of USAID-funded health programs in Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean. Graff has managed and implemented programs focused on private sector engagement and health systems strengthening with an emphasis on family planning and reproductive health and HIV and AIDS.  Her experience includes assessments, private facility censuses, NGO capacity building, and new business development. She also has experience with program start-up, operations, and implementation in fragile states. Graff has a master's degree in international development from the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor's degree in global studies from St. Lawrence University.
