About Nasiba Mekhmankulova

Nasiba Mekhmankulova is a Finance and Contracts Manager on the SHOPS Plus project. She is a finance and contracts specialist with 10 years of experience in international development. Her background includes financial, operational and administrative support to several USAID and Swiss-funded projects. Prior to joining Abt Associates, she served as the main liaison for regional directors, home office technical teams and country offices in Africa, Asia, and Eurasia. Mekhmankulova holds a master's degree from the University of Friendship of Nations and certificate in accounting from Northern Virginia Community College.
