About Ndeye Tall

Ndeye Fatou Tall is a Private Sector Specialist for the SHOPS Plus project in Senegal. She is a health economist with 10 years of experience in the area of public-private partnerships. As the lead of the PPP Division in the Ministry of Health (MOH), she oversaw the implementation of public-private dialogue in the health sector. On behalf of the MOH, she also supported the development of strategic health reforms and managed multiple projects with USAID funding to improve the enabling environment for the private health sector in Senegal.
