About Sarah Dominis

Sarah Dominis is a Human Resources for Health Advisor on the SHOPS Plus project. She has nearly 15 years of experience in global health, including HIV service delivery and health systems strengthening, with a particular focus on the health workforce. Dominis has a master's degree in public health from University of Washington, a master's in business administration from Indiana University, and a master's in global management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
