About Serigne Momar Kane

Serigne Momar Kane is a Monitoring and Evaluation Manager on the SHOPS Plus project in Senegal. He has 25 years of experience, including 15 years in the areas of monitoring, evaluation and research with USAID projects. Serigne has expertise in quantitative and qualitative research techniques to accompany programs in the development of communication campaigns for behavior change based on evidence, and designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems. He previously worked with the African Superior Institute for the Development of the Enterprises in information technology, research, and training. Serigne holds a diploma of the Magisterium Economist Statistician of the universities of Toulouse I and III, equivalent of the Diploma of Advanced Studies in Econometrics.
