About Virginie Combet

Virginie Combet is a Regional Program Analyst for the SHOPS Plus project supporting the francophone portfolio. She is a project management professional with over five years of experience in the public and private sectors. Her background includes program design and management with a gender lens, strategic marketing and communications, applied research, knowledge management, and capacity-building. Combet has experience working on projects in global health and economic development funded by USAID, the Gates Foundation, the International Finance Corporation, the World Bank, and other donors. She is fluent in French and is proficient in Spanish. She also has a certificate in project leadership and systems design from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from McGill University.
