Social Marketing Organizational Development Assessment Tool

SHOPS Plus developed a tool to capture a broad range of performance indicators for a social marketing organization to improve the organization technically, financially, and institutionally. The team reviewed several organizational development tools and decided to measure the current state of the social marketing organization against an ideal standard as defined by a panel of social marketing experts. The result is this assessment tool.
