Transferring knowledge on contracting with SENASA to local NGO cooperative

While SHOPS Plus is supporting five NGOs to contract with SENASA, there are many other NGOs that may want to contract with SENASA and other insurance companies as a sustainable revenue source. To support their efforts, SHOPS Plus will transfer its knowledge of the contracting process to a local HIV NGO cooperative and prepare the cooperative to assist its member NGOs to contract with insurance companies in the future. As part of this support, SHOPS Plus will develop a manual documenting the steps required to contract with SENASA. The project will also conduct capacity building sessions with the HIV NGO cooperative that explain how it can facilitate the contracting process.
