About Pamela Riley

Pamela Riley is a Senior Digital Health Advisor for the SHOPS Plus project. She has over 20 years of experience in international public policy and in developing public-private partnerships. She leads Abt’s efforts to leverage mobile phone technology to improve health outcomes. Her mhealth experience includes design and development, evaluation, sustainable business models and digital financial services.  Prior to joining Abt, Riley worked for Vodafone, one of the world’s largest mobile operators. She holds an MS in family studies from the University of Maryland and a JD from The George Washington University.
