About Rahul Dutta

Rahul Dutta is a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager for the SHOPS Plus project in India. He has over seven years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of large scale public health projects in India, Nigeria, and Liberia. He has worked for market research firms, corporate social responsibility initiatives, and USAID- and Bill & Melinda Gates-funded projects. Rahul has evaluated community-based interventions in HIV/AIDS, maternal health, and nutrition. He has a Master of Science in quantitative economics with specialization in applied econometrics from the Indian Statistical Institute, New Delhi.
